Why operators choose the 1000

The ECO-1000 hits the sweet spot: large enough to handle full-grown livestock and high-volume destruction cycles, compact enough to install without industrial site work.

  • Self-feeding design — load it, close it, let it run. No mid-cycle stirring.
  • Recirculating operation burns waste on all sides at once for rapid cycle times
  • Thermostatically controlled burners shut off automatically to minimize fuel use
  • Adjustable timers match burn cycles to your schedule
  • Easy bottom door cleanout between cycles
  • Continuous welded seams — no bolted panels to warp or leak

Installation requirements

Concrete Slab

10′ × 12′, poured at least 6″ thick and dead level — critical for a proper burn. Leave 2–3 feet of extra slab on each side of the unit.

Electrical Service

Standard 110 volt, 60Hz, 20 amp service. No three-phase or specialty electrical work required.

Fuel Supply

Runs on diesel, propane, or natural gas — configured at the factory for the supply you have on site.

Where It Works

Best fit for these operations

How long does a burn cycle take?
Cycle time depends on load type and volume. The ECO-1000's recirculating design burns waste on all sides at once, which keeps cycles rapid compared to conventional single-burner units. Call the factory with your typical load and we'll walk you through expected times.
What's included in the warranty?
Workmanship and materials — including the refractory — are guaranteed for 1 year from purchase. Purchased electrical components (timers, fans, burners) carry the original manufacturer's 90-day warranty.
Can the ECO-1000 be customized?
Yes. Fuel configuration, timers, and options are set up per order. If you need something specific to your operation, talk to us before you order — we build every unit in-house in Albany, GA.
