At Eco Concept we guarantee the workmanship and materials (including the refractory) used in the construction of our incinerators for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
All purchased electrical components (timers, fans, burners, etc.) and other controls carry the original manufacturer's warranty of 90 days, if these parts fail under normal operating conditions. This limited warranty excludes coverage of all grates.
Eco Concept is not responsible for parts damaged due to acts of nature, accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, or failure to operate in accordance with Eco Concept's recommended instructions.
All warranty parts should be returned freight prepaid to Eco Concept, 2008 Liberty Expressway SE, Albany, GA 31705, for warranty evaluation. No part will be warrantied if it is not returned within the limited warranty period.
