Warranty

Warranty Policy

At ECO Concepts we guarantee the workmanship and materials (including the refractory) used in the construction of our incinerators for a period of *1 year from the date of purchase.

All purchased electrical components (timers, fans, burners, etc.) and other controls carry the original manufacturers warranty of *90 days, if these parts fail under normal operating conditions.  This limited warranty excludes from coverage of all grates.

ECO Concepts is NOT responsible for parts which have been damaged due to acts of nature, accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance or failure to operate in accordance with ECO Concepts recommended instructions.

All warranty parts should be returned freight prepaid, to ECO Concepts, 2008 Liberty Expressway SE, Albany, GA 31705 for warranty evaluation.

*No part will be warrantied if it is not returned within limited warranty period.
